We explicitly state that Tourist Desks is not responsible or liable for any breach of contract, whether intentional or unintentional, by our suppliers. We shall not be held accountable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury you or your travel companions may experience due to actions or omissions by these suppliers. In the event that a supplier fails to deliver a paid-for service, the responsibility for providing a refund or compensation lies entirely with the defaulting supplier, whether through their insurance (if applicable) or another responsible third party—unless the failure was directly caused by Tourist Desks.
We do not guarantee any supplier’s rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects unless explicitly stated as "guaranteed" on your invoice, itinerary, or tickets.
Our suppliers are also not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control, including but not limited to:
You and your travel companions are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements. Tourist Desks and its suppliers are not responsible for any issues arising from documentation deficiencies or security conditions at your travel destinations.
We strongly recommend that you stay informed about travel advisories issued by the U.S. State Department and health guidelines provided by public health authorities. Additionally, we highly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen disruptions.
By retaining bookings, reservations, or tickets issued through Tourist Desks, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to communicate them to your travel companions, if applicable.
